Canolfan Peniarth does not collect any user data aside from that which is normally used by Google for debugging and demographic analysis. This data is private only to the staff members of Canolfan Peniarth involved in the creation, maintenance and marketing of the app, and will be used to make improvements to the app and influence development of further or future apps.

Any data shared with Welsh Government will always be aggregated and anonymous.

The Network Access permission is required for you, the user, to download the songs associated with the app. Our server will keep a record of your device's IP address at the time of you downloading a given song. If any download action results in an error, this will be recorded in our server's error logs, though this will not include any identifiable information; only the actual error will be recorded. The permission is also required for checking to see whether you are connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data and, if the latter is the case, asking you if you wish to continue with downloading a given song, as this may incur costs depending on your mobile plan.

From time to time, Canolfan Peniarth may be required to update this Privacy Policy. Any updates to the policy will be mentioned on the app's description in the App Store (for iOS) and Google Play Store (for Android). It will be your responsibility to read the latest version.
